Q. What is eAwards?
A. eAwards is an easy to use, customisable system for tracking, managing and collecting awards submission entries online. The system tracks the process from the point of entry through the judging process.
eAwards is a wholly owned subsidiary of Scenovia Pty Ltd - a proactive business with strong ties and experience within Australia's meetings and events industry.
Q. Who uses eAwards?
A. Associations, franchise and government organisations engage eAwards to design, develop, manage and maintain a range of online electronic and marketing campaigns to boost and process awards submission programmes.
Q. How do entrants and judges use the eAwards online submission system?
A. Entrants and Judges can access the online submission system through a direct link from the awards website using a secure, password protected gateways. There is no need to install special software and can be accessed via a normal browser. Entrants can use the system to edit their submission before the closing schedules.
Q. What kind and size of files can be uploaded by entrants?
A. Standard word processors such as Word Document, PDF Excel and PowerPoint Presentations to Zip files can be uploaded. Multiple fields can be enabled to accept multiple attachments upon request. We recommend that files must not exceed 10mb in size. Audio and Video files can also be accepted.
Q. Can I allocate entries only to specific judges
A. Once the entries are uploaded on to the system it can be allocated to a judge or a review panel. You can assign judged to the categories they are responsible for grading or manually assign them and entry through the web interface. The system will send only the entries they are required to judge. Judges will be able to assign a grade or comment each entry they review. Grades will be averaged automatically by the system and sorted accordingly.
Q. What other services do eAwards offer?
A. eAwards offer complete management of promotions and publications requirements such as a dedicated website for the awards, domain registration, hosting, brochures, programs, posters, signage and delivered through print, multimedia (CDROM) or online.
